PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION, AND REFUND POLICY

1. PAYMENT POLICY AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

NEXTBot provides users with two account options, each offering distinct features and benefits:

  • a. Free Account
    • Users can access the platform's basic features at no cost.
    • The free account is suitable for users who require limited functionality.
    • Please note that the free account may have fewer features compared to the paid/premium account.
  • b. Paid Account
    • Users who upgrade to the premium account will be charged a monthly subscription fee, as detailed in the subscription price.
    • The paid account unlocks advanced features and functionalities, providing users with an enhanced experience.
    • The paid account is designed for individual use and is non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

2. SERVICES

NEXTBot reserves the right to amend or adjust its services, including the provided software, especially in cases of technological advancements. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes that may impact their usage. In such instances, users will have the option to terminate their subscription with a notice period of two weeks.

3. PAYMENT

  • No charges will be applied for setting up and using Freemium accounts.
  • Paid account users will be charged a monthly fee of the price they have subscribed for. The billing period commences on the registration date for the paid account and ends on the corresponding date of the following month or year or the subscription period.

Users will be charged according to NEXTBot's price plan, which can be viewed on the website or by contacting customer support. Payments will be processed through third-party payment methods, and users consent to recurring charges based on their subscription amount.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are granted based on usage. If a user cancels mid-way through an annual subscription, a prorated refund may be issued (e.g., 50% refund).
  • Refunds will only be issued if a user has paid for the subscription but has not provided details for inclusion in the WhatsApp group. In such cases, if the user cannot be contacted within five days, the subscription will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
